NEED
MANAGE FULFILLMENT PROCESSES
Upon onboarding PUMA Argentina as a client, Exologistica faced the challenge of managing fulfillment operations similar to modern e-commerce solutions. This required constant synchronization between PUMA’s and Exologistica’s systems to accurately reflect stock levels, coordinate warehouse transfers, and process sales orders generated in PUMA’s system. The complexity lay in integrating PUMA’s ERP with Exologistica’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure an efficient, error-free operation.
